Partner Growth Executive
About Skolon
Skolon is a fast-growing International EdTech company in the midst of exciting expansion. At Skolon, you can truly make a difference by helping to create a more enjoyable and successful learning experience for over a million students and teachers.
We are now looking for a Partner Growth Executive to help us grow our network of EdTech content providers in the UK. If you are a social, driven and curious sales professional who enjoys building relationships, networking and opening new doors, we want to hear from you!
We believe in empowering our employees
We offer the best of two worlds: stability and innovation!
The stability of a publicly listed company with a proven concept and a strong market position, combined with an innovative and growing team.
You’ll be part of an international business team spanning the Nordics, the UK, and Germany, while working closely with our fast-growing UK team and colleagues across sales, marketing, and client management.
You will be primarily office-based in Southampton, with some flexibility to work remotely.
Competitive compensation (£35,000–£45,000 annually) + OTE
Generous holiday allowance
Pension contributions (automatic enrolment in the NEST scheme)
Fun and engaging team events
A varied role with plenty of responsibility and opportunities to grow
More about the role
As our Partner Growth Executive, your main focus will be to promote the value of Skolon to EdTech content providers and bring these new partners onto our platform.
You will:
Prospect and reach out to potential EdTech partners across the UK
Present Skolon and promote the value of becoming a partner
Manage the sales process from first contact to signed partnership
Build strong relationships with potential and existing partners
Regularly attend trade shows, conferences and industry events to network and create new opportunities
Help grow Skolon's presence in the UK EdTech community
We believe experience comes in different form
We're looking for someone who’s hungry, hands-on and ready to take the next step in their career. You might have around 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships or a similar commercial role.
Experience in EdTech, SaaS or education is a plus, but not essential. An existing network within the UK EdTech sector is also an advantage.
Most importantly, you are:
Social, outgoing and energised by meeting people and building relationships
Commercially driven and comfortable with prospecting, creating opportunities and winning new business
Curious, proactive and hungry to succeed
Excited by trade shows, conferences and the UK EdTech community
If you're ready to develop your sales career and play an important role in growing Skolon in the UK, we want to hear from you!
